Our lace wigs come to you unstyled and uncut. If you are interested in having your lace wig cut and styled, please contact us. This service is offered only by request of the client and with our service packages.

when you place your order for a custom measurement wig, after we have confirmed payment and accuracy it may take up to two weeks before we have a shipping date for your wig. This is a normal process. Once we have a date for completion of your, you will be contacted.

We examine every wig before it is shipped out to you to ensure quality and accuracy.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 15 day money back guarantee.
You have 15 days to examine your wig.If you are not satisfied for any reason, you must return it in the same condition that you purchased it. This does not apply to custom measurement wigs unless defective. If you are using payment options, please click here.

If your wig is defective in anyway (custom or in stock), please notify us within 24 hours of your recieving your product. A return authorization number will be sent to you prior to returning the product.This number must be included on all correspondence. If a product is returned without a authorization number, the product will be refused.

You are responsible for having the wig shipped back to us with the same packaging, materials that it came with. Your monies will be returned less the cost of shipping, handling, tax and freight. This is a small minimal amount in comparison to production, shipping and inventory costs. Monies will be refunded to you by means of company check. If you wish to receive a refund in the way in which you paid, please indicate that on the form.

The wig must be in the same condition you bought it, uncut and not modified in any way. If we receive the wig in any type of altered state including, but not limited to: cut lace, shampooed, hair cut, adhesive residue, colored, straightened, processed or altered in anyway, we will return the wig to you
and no refund will be given.

Please pre-pay for your shipping. we do not pay for shipping upon arrival. For your safety, please insure your package and obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.
D E L I V E R Y
In stock lace wigs take 7 to 10 days for delivery after order and payment is processed in the USA

Custom order lace wigs take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery after specifications have been confirmed for accuracy, and payment is processed in the USA

If you are placing an order outside of the USA, delivery times are 1 to 2 weeks additional.

R U S H   O R D E R S
Rush orders are taken on an order by order basis. This depends on what you have ordered, what is in stock and if your custom order can be completed in the time you are requesting. We will do all we can to accommodate your request. For custom orders, there is a minimum of 4 weeks. We can not honor rush requests less than that time frame.

If you requested a rush order and we are able to accomdate: in stock orders are a $50 charge in the USA, $80.00 for outside of the USA.

S H I P P I N G
We ship worldwide through several carriers to ensure prompt and fast delivery. (Fed Ex, USPS, DHL, UPS)

orders that are being shipped to post office boxes will be shipped through USPS
Once we receive and have confirmed and processed your order, we will contact you to let you know how your package will be shipped. A tracking number will always accompany your order.


P A Y M E N T S
We accept payments via paypal, google checkout, moneybookers, money orders, travelers cheques and personal cheques, and bank wires. personal cheques must clear before we process your order.  Once your order has been confirmed for accuracy, we will send you an invoice for payment. If you paying by money orders, traveler cheques or personal cheques, an address for mailing payment will be provided. Bank wire information will be verified and processed in  3 to 4 business days.
