I have always had a love for hair. I started at a very young age in the beauty salon with my grandmother. The passion passed on from my grandmother to my mother. My mother was the queen of wigs. She had every type of wig you could imagine....except lace wigs.

It wasn't too long before I picked up the same passion for hair. I worked in a salon and learned about hair. I married into hair. I was surrounded by the likes of Paul Mitchell, Barry Fletcher and Floyd Kenyatta during the times I had accompanied my husband to various hair venues. I went from braids to weaves,  jheri curls (yes jheri curls!) and wigs.

I always liked to experiment and try new things. I wore weaves and braids, but grew tired of the upkeep with the glue, sewing and hairline breakage.Eventually, I went back to wigs because I wanted to try new hair textures, lengths and colors. I always came back to the hair line. No matter how beautiful the hair was, I could not always get the hairline to appear as natural and realistic as I wanted. With regular wigs, you either pull your own hair out to blend with the wig or buy a wig with bangs because your hair texture doesn't match the wig.
